About Us
Aggressive Advocacy in Personal Injury Cases And Employment Law
At Labinoti Law Firm, we put our heart and soul into every case to ensure our clients' rights are protected. If you have suffered from harassment, discrimination or unlawful retaliation in your workplace, or if you have been injured by the negligence of others, you deserve a fierce and experienced litigator who will seek the maximum compensation allowable under law. Our philosophy is that the merits of your case should not be decided by your income, and that is why we do not collect attorneys' fees unless we recover money for you.

Daniela Labinoti
"The purpose of law is Justice. Justice requires that we work to restore those who have been injured."
Labinoti Law Firm
Fighting for Justice Since 2010
Founded by Daniela Labinoti in February 2010, Labinoti Law Firm was created with one mission: to fight for justice through litigation. After spending five years as an associate at a major litigation firm serving El Paso and Las Cruces, Daniela took a leap of faith and opened her own practice with just two employees.
Today, the firm has grown into a trusted litigation firm with more than 37 team members, including four attorneys, and offices in El Paso and Las Cruces. Through hard work and dedication, the firm has earned a strong reputation for results and client advocacy.

What We Do
The firm has represented thousands of clients across Texas and New Mexico, focusing on serious personal injury and employment law cases. These include:
- Truck and commercial vehicle accidents
- Car crashes
- Premises liability
- Sexual harassment
- Medical negligence
- Employment discrimination
Daniela has personally tried over 100 jury trials, achieving an 87% success rate and winning several high-value verdicts. Her extensive courtroom experience sets the firm apart in its ability to take on tough cases and win.
Why We Fight
Daniela's personal story shapes everything the firm stands for. As an immigrant who fled civil war, she understands the pain, strength, and courage it takes to seek justice. In 2020, she became a victim of negligence herself and required neck surgery. That experience deepened her commitment to helping people with spinal, neck, and back injuries get the care and compensation they need.
She continues to research treatments and medical advances, using that knowledge to better guide her clients through recovery. Supporting clients as they heal is at the heart of her mission.
Our Values
At Labinoti Law Firm, clients are our top priority. We are open seven days a week and pride ourselves on being accessible and responsive. From the first consultation to the final outcome, we approach every case with attention to detail, compassion, and determination.
Daniela's guiding belief is: “Justice begins with the heart.” This work is not just a job to us. It's a calling. Our team often works nights and weekends because we're driven by the desire to help people during some of the hardest moments of their lives.
We stand up to powerful insurance companies and corporations that try to take advantage of people without the same resources. We make sure our clients have a voice and a real chance to recover and move forward.
Who We Are
Under Daniela's leadership, the firm has built a strong, client-centered culture. Daniela is known as a relentless advocate who fights fiercely for her clients and never gives up. Her passion is reflected in every member of the team.
At Labinoti Law Firm, we treat clients like family and fight with everything we have to protect their rights and restore their lives.
